 La Malquerida is a splendid example of the Spanish bar restaurants which were typical in the 19th Century. Our family has been in the catering business since 1941 and this authentic bar restaurant and wine bar is the fruit of our experience. Mediterranean cuisine in general and in particular tapas and meats are our specialities. La Malquerida has an excellent team of friendly professionals. We have 5 qualified wine waiters and highly qualified kitchen staff and professionals fluent in several languages. La Malquerida is the typical Mediterranean restaurant bar where the locals often go to share evening meals with a few friends or in large groups. To meet this demand, we have several private dining rooms with seating for 30/40/50/70 people, which can be joined up to provide a 200 seat capacity. In summer we have a pleasant outside area. La Malquerida is the ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life in Valencia: magnificent cuisine, excellent wines, conversation and friendship.
